The ocean view was fine, but ants invaded our room .

Rooftop Bar Baba Nest is a dream. What a view!!. The staff is very friendly and dedicated. . Food is very good, too. Poolvillas are beautiful and very large.
The breakfast buffet is more like a 3-star hotel. The staff should speak and understand English much better. The techno music by the main pool is deafening. We couldn't stay there long! What a pity

I liked well-maintained and top-notch room in this hotel.
Booked a room with great views of the sunset. The location was perfect and incredible - just 5 minutes' walk from Baba Nest. It was also next to the restaurant or cafe, the cliffs of Cape Panwa on the most south eastern tip of Phuket Island, and a different beach.

Perfect location, great sea and sunsets views, private pool in the room, full relaxation. Friendly and attentive staff. Clean up the room well, 2 times - morning and evening. Delicious and quality cuisine. Not bad breakfast, even offer champagne. Free drinks in the mini bar, coffee, tea and water, a small snack and a plate of fruit every day. Those who want to save on food can take a knock-knock and drive to the waterfront, where there are cafes and prices are 2 times lower than at the hotel. No problem with beach beds, pools and towels. All in abundance. Vacationers on the territory is not much, probably all sit in the rooms in their pools. On the beach, we were often alone at all. And our compatriots weren't met in 2 weeks. Those who are tired of noise, business and want to relax, relax, it's definitely here.
For 2 weeks of rest 4 days were not bathed in the sea because of the hung up red flag because of the large amount of debris coming to the shore. Even the red flag was on the pier. Although on other days the employees tried to remove the garbage from the water. On these days, they had to settle for communal pools.

The staff was absolutely charming and the host too. The room seemed cosy, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The nice service and shuttle to the airport far exceeded our expectations...
The staff were useless, didn't expect that coming.

Villas are ideal for couples! Secluded area of the villa, swimming pool, sun - you can sunbathe and swim in your own pool without swimsuits. And most importantly (few people will say about it, but for many it's a big plus) - you can do "adult entertainment" from morning to evening on the street in the sun, in the pool, on the sun beds, and wherever you want! And nobody will disturb you (there are no people, mosquitoes in the daylight too). And a beautiful view of the sea and islands. Paradise! ... Other than that, everything's fine too. Clean spacious villas, beautiful views, delicious food, very helpful staff. ... I've been here twice and I'll be here many more times :)
High price, but it's worth it!

The ocean view from my villa was amazing and unparalleled. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast offered a wide selection of gourmet options, a pleasant way to start my day. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay, particularly the butler, Jay, who was proactive in meeting our needs.

It's a great place for a romantic trip. A huge area where golf carts run if you're reluctant to walk. Three pools in different parts, and this is in addition to a private pool from which you do not want to get out. A small private beach, with a little muddy water by the shore, but if you walk on a carefully designated pontoon, the water becomes clear and you can snort and meet colorful fish. Phuket Aquarium (small but quite nice) is within walking distance. There is a viewpoint lounge bar called Baba Nest, which is heavily booked in advance and attracts people from nearby coves to take fantastic pictures of the sunset. Excellent rooms, comfortable and romantic.

Straight talk, worth it or not?
The amazing views of the ocean and islands from the villa are unmatched,, and the private pool delivers on seclusion.
Unfortunately, the dining experience left much to be desired, with breakfast not living up to expectations.

Fantastic location, fantastic view. Fantastic staff. Beautiful pool.
Over New Year's Eve the accommodation was quite expensive. Mais c'est la règle du jeu !

The breakfast was exceptional with fresh fruit juices, eggs to order plus prosecco, the best I had in Cape Panwa.
